Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel atall from Day One. Job Description The TM Sales Analyst (SA) is a key contact for Treasury Management customers. The SA for complex corporate account relationships serves as the primary back-up to Treasury Management Consultants (TMCs) and assists with the selling of treasury management solutions and the management of the overall sales process. The SA is responsible to ensure that optimal levels of services are made available. Assisting TMCs in revenue-generating activities and providing primary client support through direct personal contact with customers is expected. Job Description Manage all pricing functions and new pricing requests. Compile and analyze pricing information that is very detailed and often interpretive, providing pricing comparisons based on findings. Assist TMC in reviewing, participating and providing feedback for RFP/proposal content, review and coordination of client responses. Analyze multiple resources and tools to acquire a full understanding of the customer's complex needs and desired output. Facilitate and manage deal development process by collecting, inputting and monitoring client data through the deal team life cycle. Assist TMC with updating CRM tool as needed, focusing on capturing all bookable revenue opportunities and maintaining current and accurate deal/client information. Gather necessary client information and prepare documentation to support pre-sale activities in preparation for implementation of financial products and services. Provide post-sale implementation support as appropriate. Proactively engage with TMC on data mining activities by analyzing data and identifying untapped revenue opportunities and predicting future trends. In collaboration with the TMC, participate in driving new sales opportunities by identifying client needs and cross-selling Treasury Management products and services. Engage or participate in Working Capital customer engagements and preparation of client facing materials as appropriate. Appropriately initiates actions necessary to meet client needs without explicit management direction or guidance. Uses good judgment in determining when management involvement is required. Provide feedback to Sales, Product and Operations regarding the success/deficiencies of existing products, and the need for new product development. Participate in key relationship reviews when applicable. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Three or more years of relevant experience Preferred Skills Demonstrated proficiency of all Treasury Management products, systems, processes and understanding of customer use. Displays knowledge, proficiency and professionalism in explaining, selling and administering products/services. Excellent professional communication and written presentation skills. Self-motivated, strong critical thinking, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously, set priorities and adapt to changing conditions with limited supervision. High level of technological ability, especially Microsoft Office applications. Actively ensures compliance with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures. Location - The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
