Job Description: As a warehouse employee, youll accurately select cases and build pallets for store delivery - playing a key role in keeping shelves stocked and meeting customer demand. Competitive pay with scheduled increases starting as soon as 90 days on the job Full time earning potential up to $34.65/hour with 3 years on the job Pay differential for select positions Opportunities for career growth throughout the Wegmans organization Responsibilities: Build and stack pallets to ensure product protection and safe delivery Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, Vocollect) Effectively communicate with management and the team Work within our warehouse environment where temperatures range from -20'F in Frozen, to 105'F in Grocery Lift 2025 pounds, with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently The health and safety of our employees is our top priority, and we are committed to keeping you safe on the job!
