The Crown Is Yours As an Operations Supervisor, you'll lead a team at the heart of our innovative lottery courier product, Jackpocket. You'll oversee daily lottery courier operations, ensuring smooth and timely ticket order processing to hit production goals. You'll shape key decisions on personnel management, process development, and operational improvements to maintain excellence. What You'll Do Lead the fulfillment center team, managing lottery operations resources and tasks to hit production targets while responding to changing business demands. Serve as the Manager-on-Duty in our fulfillment center and manage shift scheduling, attendance, and employee breaks. Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, including internet outages, power failures, and staffing shortages. Accurately and promptly handle the redemption of high-value lottery tickets. Manage inventory and ensure office supplies and equipment are ordered as needed. What You'll Bring Availability to support a continuous operation including nights, weekends, and holidays.
