Position Summary... Walmart is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of Data Analytics to join our Intelligent Business Growth (IBG) initiative. This role is pivotal in driving Walmart's growth by leveraging data analytics to support connected business planning. About the Team The Intelligent Business Growth team is Walmart's next-generation platform designed to enhance business planning through enterprise-grade demand forecasting (Unified Demand) and operational impact modeling (Unified Financial Model). Our team collaborates closely with senior leaders within Walmart Finance and other business units to drive success through innovative data-driven solutions. What you'll do... Business Representation: Serve as a business representative, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive success. Financial Acumen: Utilize strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of Walmart's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) process to guide decision-making and strategic planning. Technology Ecosystem Knowledge: Leverage knowledge of Walmart's internal finance technology ecosystem to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the IBG platform, requiring skills in SAP, SQL, OneStream, and PowerBI. Stakeholder Influence: Effectively influence and collaborate with a large number of stakeholders across the organization to drive the vision and execution of the IBG program. End User Feedback Prioritization: Prioritize end user feedback and work with product partners to drive the development and enhancement of the IBG platform. Data Science Validation: Validate outputs from our Data Science team to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business objectives. What Youll Bring Strong financial acumen and experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes. In-depth knowledge of Walmart's internal finance technology ecosystem. Proven ability to influence and collaborate with a large number of stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to validate and interpret data science outputs. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
