The Manager, Visual Merchandising supports the execution of end-to-end presentation strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to scalable, customer-first solutions. This role ensures alignment across stakeholders and maintains strong connections with Visual Styling, Communications, and Training teams. You are an experienced visual merchandiser with a background in both stores and corporate environments. Walmart has an in-person culture and roles will be in office 5 days per week, with work travel as an exception. This role will be based in Bentonville, AR. You will make an impact by: Supporting the development and execution of strategies in partnership with the Senior Manager and Director. Translating strategic direction into actionable Visual Merchandising plans that enhance customer experience and support sales goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and distribute Visual Merchandising tools and resources for consistent execution. Assisting in the implementation of Visual Merchandising Operating Model / Ways of Working by coordinating with key partners. Managing day-to-day execution of Visual Merchandising programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Building strong relationships with cross-functional partners to support seamless execution and help navigate challenges. Youll sweep us off our feet if: You embrace new ideas and approaches, contributing creative thinking to team discussions and encouraging continuous improvement. You support the development of compelling presentation strategies by gathering sales data, customer insights, and competitive research. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and help drive progress on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You build strong working relationships and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners to support team goals. Minimum qualifications: 3+ years of Visual Merchandising experience, including 2+ years corporate experience and 1+ years of in-store experience Strong communicator, organizational/time management skills and is a self-starter Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Sharepoint Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Travel domestically to and from multiple facilities or worksites that may require consecutive overnight stays. Preferred qualifications: BA/BS degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, Design or related field and/or equivalent experience Experience with Big Box Retailer a plus Familiar with planograms (POG)/ modular creation At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
