Key Responsibilities: Contribute to and execute strategies in the flavors team Identify, lead, and create developments in new formulations, ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products Collaborate effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning Work under limited supervision, following defined precedents and policies Develop knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements Job Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Food Science or related field Fully Certified Flavor Chemist Proven experience in the Flavors & Fragrances industry Awareness of relevant stewardship requirements and ability to act accordingly Some travel domestically and potentially internationally. Working hours between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (with flexible start time between 7-9 a.m.) At least 3 days per week working from our Mason, OH office. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in OC flavor formulation creation Experience in mint flavors and compositions.
