Join our Easterseals NH team as a Direct Support Associate, where youll empower adults with developmental disabilities and diverse support needs to build independence, engage in their communities, and live fulfilling lives. We are currently hiring for our Residential Homes, offering flexibility based on your interests, experience, and schedule. What Youll Do: Residential Role (Full-Time, Part-Time) As a Residential Direct Support Associate, youll help create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities and varying medical needs. Responsibilities include: Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication administration Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry Accompanying individuals to appointments, activities, and community events Following personalized care plans Completing daily documentation on a computer or tablet Participating in trainings such as conflict resolution and behavioral health safety What Were Looking For We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path. Ideal candidates may have experience as a: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Residential Counselor Caregiver Behavior Technician Support Counselor Qualifications: Minimum 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance Prior direct care/direct support experience preferred, but not required Compensation: Residential: $21 - $22.62 hourly, dependent upon program needs.
