The Systems Analyst is a proactive and service-oriented individual that serves as the primary liaison between IT and internal users, supporting predominantly Windows-based environment with approximately 300 users. While the core environment is Windows, experience with Apple products is a plus, as iPads and MacBooks are used in select business scenarios. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving user experiences, and growing their IT career through hands-on support and strategic contributions. The Systems Analyst is responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing hardware/software installations, responding to Helpdesk tickets, and supporting IT initiatives across the organization. This role also offers opportunities to lead training sessions, remediate vulnerabilities, and contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new technologies. RESPONSIBILITES: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users across hardware, software, and network issues. Respond to and resolve Helpdesk service requests and escalations in a timely manner. Manage procurement and deployment of hardware and software solutions. Deliver technical training and create user-friendly training materials. Research, recommend, and implement IT solutions aligned with business goals. Uphold compliance by adhering to key operational processes, including Access Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management. Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong internal relationships. CORE COMPETENCIES: Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Professional demeanor and positive attitude in all interactions. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Effective communicator across all levels of the organization. Quick learner with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, Helpdesk, or network administration (senior-level opportunities available for more experienced candidates). Bachelors degree in information systems or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows-based operating systems. IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft role-based certifications) or active pursuit of certifications preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/OTHER: Primarily office-based with flexibility for remote work. Occasional lifting of equipment up to 25lbs. Extended periods of desk/computer work may be required.
