Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is currently hiring a Manager Supply Chain Programs 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse, individuals in the GSC Demand Planning organization. Responsibilities: Ensure vertical and horizontal integration of Global Supply Chain Schedules through strategic planning and execution Provide early visibility into purchase requisition requirements release constraints and material excess review Integrate metrics requirements for the Demand Planning Team Communicate program schedule and engineering change deviations and ensure all impacts are coordinated with internal/external customers prior to implementation and execution Lead a team of individuals in a dynamic, fast-paced Program environment with responsibilities including rapid requirements execution, standard parts ordering, scrap/spare/replacement planning and serve as a GSC liaison to the Program Operations and GSC Execution IPTs Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement, OR a Masters degree with 3 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement, OR a high school diploma/equivalent with 9 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement Must have experience with Bills of Materials Must have material requirements planning and/or advanced planning experience Must have previous experience in Supply Chain Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company. Preferred Qualifications: EVMS experience CAM experience Current Special Program Access #AS-FA3 Primary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $189,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
