We are seeking a Safety Risk Management Senior Consultant to join our growing team in Lake Mary, FL. The Safety Risk Management Senior Consultant performs onsite inspections and works with members to assess needs and make recommendations to minimize loss exposures. How You Will Contribute Performs workplace/work site risk evaluation and consultative risk improvement services and makes recommendations for increasing account profitability. Develops and presents topical and applicable educational training programs. Designs, analyzes and directs service to large, problem or underperforming accounts. Performs root cause loss analysis with rating and trending losses for key accounts. Develops and maintains business relationships with key accounts and agents. Stays up to date on trends and developments within the area as well as the insurance industry. Identify opportunities for new products and services. Provide expertise in specialty areas such as industrial hygiene and safety, fire prevention, workers compensation, fleets, general liability, etc. Provide guidance and assistance to other risk control staff and other functional areas. Responsible for special projects and presentations as determined by the Director of Loss Control. Licenses and Certifications: Achieve Associate in Risk Management Designation within 18 months of start date. Skills & Experience to Be Successful Degree in Risk Management or equivalent of work experience Bachelors degree in a Safety or Risk Management and Insurance. (preferred) Minimum 5 years of multi-line experience; management experience preferred. Excellent technical and multi-line product specific expertise, evaluation and assessment skills and knowledge of insurance and safety management principles, practices and procedures. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and other business-related software. Ability and willingness to travel extensively. Pay Range $110,000 - $125,000 Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
