This is a full-time, hands-on role critical to maintaining safe and reliable rail operations for our customers. Job Description Track Laborers are responsible for maintaining railroad track infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient rail operations. This role supports track inspection, repair, and maintenance activities while working closely with site operations and maintenance personnel. Employees work in an active industrial environment performing track maintenance duties such as replacing ties, driving spikes, maintaining switches, checking track alignment, and performing general track repairs. This position requires the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment while adhering to company safety standards and operating procedures. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Previous railroad or construction experience is helpful but not required for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
