Position Summary... As a Manager, Learning and Development you will be at the forefront of advancing learning solutions for our frontline associates. You will support the end-to-end development of content by partnering cross-functionally with subject matter experts, assessing learning gaps, and creating learning solutions that equip and enable associates with the skills and knowledge needed to be successful What you'll do... Design and Develop Learning Solutions Create scalable, high-impact learning experiences for frontline audiences Translate business needs into engaging asynchronous and in-person learning programs. Apply instructional design concepts to create learner-focused solutions. Use authoring tools and multimedia platforms to produce high-quality learning assets. Stakeholder and Subject Matter Expert Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders across stores and supply chain teams. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Translate stakeholder input into actionable learning objectives and content strategies. Facilitate regular check-ins and feedback loops to ensure alignment and responsiveness. Project Management and Execution Develop detailed project plans based on target launch dates and deadlines. Adhere to project timeline and communicate blockers. What you'll bring: Proven experience in developing and executing learning and development strategies aligned with business goals. Strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain effective partnerships across functions. Expertise in instructional design and content development for varied learning environments. Ability to measure program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with leadership and teams. Previous experience working in a store our supply chain facility as a salaried leader. Experience in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or AEM. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
