Description Summary: The Card Product Manager Sr executes card product strategies to drive new account acquisition, and optimize portfolio performance that will drive account activation, usage, balance growth, and retention. Duties and Responsibilities: Develops advanced card product knowledge for the more complex problems, project and product development. Involved in the more strategic, longer range projects / work assignments. Support management in the building of business cases for addressing risks and opportunities and manage the implementation of the solution all aimed at increasing spend and balance growth, revenue, and profitability. Monitor day-to-day KPIs and identify trends and patterns and elevate issues to management as appropriate. Leads coordination of all interested parties (i.e. IT, Phone Bank, Credit Administration, Enterprise Risk, Operations, Retail Branches, Underwriting, Collections, Legal, Compliance, Vendors) to ensure effective implementation and understanding throughout the bank. Implement effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an on-going basis. Ensures staff is properly trained, provided with appropriate resources and motivated to adhere to risk management principles. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of product management experience in financial services or banking Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to drive execution of strategic priorities leveraging Agile practices Masters degree in business, management, operations, engineering, or a related field Must be passionate about driving results and innovation. Strong analytical skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. Proven ability to quickly assess situations and risks, determine plausible paths of action, and execute flawlessly. Superior project management skills (Project management certification is a plus). Compensation Range: $77,000 - $154,000 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
