Your Role & Clinical Impact As a CNA, you are the primary heartbeat of resident care. Your daily responsibilities include: Person-Centered Care: Provide routine nursing care in accordance with each residents unique assessment and care plan. Clinical Observation: Actively monitor residents and promptly report any changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse. Detailed Documentation: Maintain accurate and descriptive clinical records on flow sheets and charts to ensure the highest standards of care. Resident Advocacy: Ensure resident safety by correctly identifying residents before treatments and immediately reporting any accidents or incidents. Hospitality & Admissions: Create a welcoming environment by preparing rooms for new admissions, introducing new residents to their roommates, and assisting with packing during transfers or discharges. Professional Integrity: Maintain strict confidentiality of resident health information (PHI) and perform authorized nursing procedures with excellence. Qualifications A current and valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification. A compassionate, "patient-first" mindset. A reliable team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. Ability to work a 4 on / 2 off rotation (ensures regular days off and predictable scheduling).
