Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements. Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen in accordance with health and safety regulations. Ensure food is prepared, stored, and served safely. Assist with meal service and kitchen cleanup. Work collaboratively with the dietary team to provide excellent service to residents. Qualifications Previous cooking experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or food service setting preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Must be able to follow recipes and dietary restrictions accurately.
