Full Job Description

Job Responsibilities With the assistance of a digital agency and various outside partners, this marketing team member will oversee digital content creation, deployment and tracking for digital online and offline communications for Resorts World Casino. These digital mediums include, but are not limited to, our company website, social media channels, partner websites and display advertising, slot promotional screens, elevator screens, hotel televisions and property promotional screens. Essential Duties/Core Competencies Develop, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns by providing content messaging, managing/scheduling deployment schedules, and communicating the calendar with appropriate key stakeholders Create strong KPIs to ensure that we are reaching digital marketing goals as set forth in the strategy Assess performance metrics including project and campaign analytics, efficiency metrics, brand metrics, customer metrics, and overall return on investment for digital marketing and communications initiatives and makes recommendations based on findings Ensure consistent and correct messaging is maintained across all digital and online platforms Manage external partnerships and systems used to support internal and external digital strategies Manage special projects as assigned by supervisor Perform copywriting, editing, and proofing of marketing materials, web content, social media posts, blogs, and online advertising where necessary Work/Educational Experience Must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school or equivalent diploma and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations. Bachelors Degree with at least three (3) years of experience in digital/social marketing, advertising, and communications. B.A. or B.S. in Marketing or Communications or related field and/or a combination of relevant experience and education Essential Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily. Essential responsibilities include moderate physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least twenty-five (25) pounds, and varied instances of standing/walking. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required, second language a plus. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations. Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal, and work with mathematical such as probability and inference. Ability to create, read and analyze spread sheets of statistical data. Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request.
