Summary of Position: Deliver and serve patients' food trays Assists patients in menu selection Deliver bulk stock, supplements, and tube feeding to units/patient rooms and return unused cans to the main kitchen Provides and maintains a safe environment through preventative and interventional measures Maintains required standards set forth by the NYS Department of health by maintaining sanitary and safety standards in the preparation and storage of all foods and maintaining a clean work area. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in customer service. Knowledge and experience in food safety. Must be able to work on weekends.
