Procurement Agent Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent to join our Engine Management team in Everett, Washington. The Procurement Agent will provide support to external companies and internal organizations through his/her supply chain knowledge. Join our Engine Management team and make a measurable difference on program success. Position Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement and supplychain strategies for engine programs. Manage supplier technical performance, qualifications, and nonconformance resolution. Partner closely with Program teams and the engine company to align priorities, resolve technical and schedule issues, and support production/readiness activities. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure production readiness and resolve supplierrelated technical issues. Identify and mitigate supplychain risks (capacity, single source, obsolescence); maintain forecasts and supplier scorecards. Mentor junior staff and lead costreduction and processimprovement initiatives that deliver measurable impact. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent 5+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW) Experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment and working directly with program leaders Ability to travel up to 20% of the time internationally/domestically Preferred Qualifications: 8+ years of experience Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent 5+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry Bachelors Degree or higher Experience in Production Readiness Assessment (PRA) process Experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results Well-developed oral and written communication skills, organizational, analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Companys Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
