Job Description This role will be part of International Tech within Walmart Global tech. We arelooking for an Senior Executive Assistant who will provide administrative support to the EVP. The Senior Executive Assistant will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will interface with internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization. About Team: Our team is focused on developing a streamlined, dependable company that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience (ADE). We also provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and facilitating legal changes, we help drive efficiency across Walmart globally. What you'll do: Manage complex calendars and schedules for the EVP in a proactive manner, resolving conflicts, managing responses of critical stakeholders, and communicating with the leader any information they need to know. Arrange travel and accommodations for executives. Prepare expense reports. Assist in preparing Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization. Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours. Conserve the leaders time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance. What you'll bring: 5+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role or a role with similar requirements. Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Ability to support hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings. The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$95,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications...
