What Youll Be Doing: Provide skilled nursing care and treatments per physician orders Monitor residents' health status and communicate changes to the care team Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and other interdisciplinary team members Administer medications and document care accurately using PCC Support residents and their families with compassion and respect What Were Looking For: Current LVN license in the state of California Excellent clinical, communication, and teamwork skills PCC experience preferred (or willingness to learn!)
