Keystone Autism Services is seeking a full time Job Developer to join our team in making a positive difference in the lives of the individuals we support. The Job Developer delivers personalized employment services such as assessing work interests, skills, and needs, preparing for and locating jobs, providing direct workplace support, and offering continual assistance to sustain employment. This position requires collaboration with team members to help participants and their families plan for employment, aim for a fully inclusive everyday life, and accomplish their employment objectives.
