Full Job Description

Keystone Autism Services is seeking a full time Job Developer to join our team in making a positive difference in the lives of the individuals we support. The Job Developer delivers personalized employment services such as assessing work interests, skills, and needs, preparing for and locating jobs, providing direct workplace support, and offering continual assistance to sustain employment. This position requires collaboration with team members to help participants and their families plan for employment, aim for a fully inclusive everyday life, and accomplish their employment objectives. Benefits: Full time - Nonexempt position $24.00 per hour, may increase based on relevant work experience Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K and more Generous paid time off program Tuition reimbursement available per eligibility requirements Career development and advancement opportunities Minimum Education Requirements (One of the following) Bachelors degree in Rehabilitation, Business, Marketing, Education, Psychology, or a related field Associates degree and one year of work experience related to job assessment, job finding, or employment supports High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience related to job assessment, job finding, or employment supports ODP service positions only: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum Requirements Ability to obtain Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) certification or equivalent within 6 months of employment Effective communication skills, verbal and written Intermediate computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and learn web based systems Valid drivers license and daily access to a properly insured vehicle Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks Keystone Human Services prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities and prohibits discrimination against all individuals based on any category protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
