You will utilize established procedures and guidelines to perform tasks under general supervision. Your responsibilities will include account maintenance, reconciliation, and PeopleSoft/Workday integrations. In this role, you will engage in various accounting and customer service activities, such as monthly reconciliations, balancing payments, and monitoring deposit activity. You will also provide support during high-volume periods in the Scholarship/Third Party areas and assist with other departmental functions as assigned by the Supervisor. Required Qualifications: Three years of fiscal record keeping experience; OR equivalent education/experience. Extensive customer service experience working with the public. Intermediate to advanced proficiency level with Microsoft software programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using WSU systems. Intermediate to advanced proficiency level with Microsoft or other database applications such as Access or FoxPro. Experience working in a busy office environment that requires multi-tasking.
