What we expect: Job duties include but are not limited to: The Bartender is primarily responsible for providing guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage experience following Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. The Bartender develops a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar. They ensure proper pouring, mixing, blending of drinks. Ideal candidate will have: Candidate must be over the age of 21. Basic knowledge of spirits required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be fluent in English. Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department. Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up. Must have a minimum of two years experience as a bartender in an upscale establishment. Must be available to work weekends, days, evenings and holidays. Ability to do heavy lifting. Work in a fast pace environment. Responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. Educate customers about our premium coffees, teas and alcoholic beverages.
