As part of our team, you will play a vital role in helping deliver high-quality care by maintaining the spaces where healing, comfort, and dignity thrive. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the facility: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, hallways, resident rooms, staff areas, and common spaces. Sanitize high-touch surfaces and maintain hygiene standards to support a health-care environment. Empty trash and recycling receptacles, replace liners, clean trash collection areas. Restock cleaning supplies, monitor supply inventory, and notify management of any supply or equipment needs. Report maintenance or safety issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks, equipment problems) to ensure resident and staff safety. Follow established cleaning schedules, health & safety protocols, and facility policies to maintain order and cleanliness. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not always required). Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision while following directions. Ability to perform physical tasks: standing, walking, bending, lifting up to moderate weight, and being on your feet for extended periods. Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness standards in a skilled-nursing/rehabilitation context. Ability to work full time in Anderson, CA and adapt to scheduled shifts as needed. Background check and drug screen may be part of the hiring process (common in health-care facility roles).
