Hourly rate: $14.00 Affordable benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision Paid Training & Overtime Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with Company Match Internal career growth opportunities What youll need: Experience, Education & Certifications: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent Must be 21 years of age or older Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver's license Must have a minimum of 5 years driving history No DWI/DUI charges in the last 5 years No suspensions, moving violations, or revocations in the last 3years No more than 5 traffic violation points in the last 3 years No serious traffic violations in the last 5 years Must submit and pass fingerprint investigation Must be able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening Must pass criminal background check investigation & Motor Vehicle record check Valid authorization to work in the United States Must provide a resume with a minimum of 10 years work history Skills: Ability to use a tablet, GPS, two-way radio, or other electronic device Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality Ability to communicate with others and comprehend instructions Ability to understand highway traffic signs, signals, maps, manifests, and schedules Ability to obtain knowledge of FTA, ADA, and DOT regulations Familiarity with the main roadways and major highways in the service area What Youll Do: Provide safe and reliable transportation Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Must assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle Must assist with any mobility device and securement as required for safety protocols Ensure the on-time pick-up and drop off of the customer Demonstrates understanding and sensitivity to the needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities Complete thorough vehicle pre-trip, post-trip, and DVI inspections as required Complete paperwork as required Utilize tablets or electronic devices as required Equal Opportunity Employer: MTM is an equal opportunity employer.
