We are committed to delivering care that truly makes a difference. Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and driven Recruiter to support our Rochester operations. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA). This individual will play a key role in meeting weekly hiring goals, building relationships within the community, and supporting our continued growth. Key Responsibilities Recruit Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides in the assigned territory (goal: 5 hires per week). Conduct candidate screenings, reference checks, background verifications, assessment testing, and orientations. Source candidates using creative strategies and multiple platforms. Ensure all recruitment documentation complies with regulatory standards. Identify and review pre-hire medical documentation (a plus). Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, training schools, and community partners to enhance talent pipelines. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment cycle and maintain post-hire engagement. Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve full-cycle hiring processes. Attend hiring events, support orientations, and occasionally assist in other office locations outside regular hours. Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or home care settings. Bachelors degree preferred. Experience with healthcare documentation and credentialing is a plus. Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking/HRIS/HCM systems.
