Role summary: As the Manager of Learning and Development in Data Ventures Customer Success, you will design and deliver the experiences that shape how new and growing associates learn, connect, and become effective in their roles. Youll own the content, the programs, and the facilitation that bring onboarding and ongoing development to lifebuilding from scratch where needed, improving what already exists, and always raising the bar on quality. Youll work across our US, Canadian, and Mexican markets, ensuring that every associateregardless of where they sitgets a consistent, high-quality learning experience that genuinely prepares them to do their job well. You are an exceptional written and verbal communicator who can adapt your style for different audiences, whether thats a new hire in their first week, a seasoned leader, or a team sitting in a different country. Youll make an impact by Designing and delivering the new hire onboarding experience for associates across our US, Canada, and Mexico teamsbuilding programs that dont just orient people, but genuinely prepare them to contribute. Owning our learning content library: creating new materials, maintaining what exists, and continuously improving quality and coverage as our products, platforms, and processes evolve. Adapting and localizing learning programs for different marketsensuring our Canadian and Mexican teams receive the same quality experience as our US teams, even when the context and needs differ. Minimum Qualifications Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications. Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Communications, or a related field AND 2 years experience in learning and development, instructional design, corporate training, or a related area OR 4 years experience in learning and development, instructional design, corporate training, or a related area. A plus if you also Speak Spanish, have worked in retail, merchandising, or a supplier-facing role, or have hands-on experience with an enterprise content management platform. None of these are requiredbut any of them will help you move faster and go further in this role. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
