Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: The (USA) Manager, Real Estate Procurement, leads strategic initiatives supporting Realty through financial analysis, supplier development, and operational planning. This role manages relationships with key internal and external partners, drives process improvements, and ensures alignment with business objectives. The position requires overseeing procurement strategies that optimize systems and labor while delivering financial and operational results. The manager fosters collaboration across functions, communicates effectively with senior leadership, and promotes continuous learning and development within the team to support Walmarts mission and operational excellence. About the team: Our team leads process improvements across Systems, Buyout, Refrigeration, and Parts Inventory Management and Replenishment. We focus on enhancing operational efficiency, supplier performance, and project success through strategic enhancements and data-driven analysis. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the team supports real estate procurement by developing innovative solutions and managing impacts. We prioritize clear communication, accountability, and continuous improvement to meet business objectives. This team plays a key role in driving effective supplier development and ensuring seamless facility material flow, contributing to Walmarts commitment to operational excellence and value creation. What you'll do: Develop and execute real estate procurement strategies to optimize financial and operational outcomes for facility development. Perform budgeting, forecasting, and analyses to assess the impact of real estate initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design innovative solutions for real estate management challenges. Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, communicating financial and operational results to senior leadership. Oversee development through mentoring, training, and performance management to ensure high standards and accountability. What you'll bring: Proven experience in real estate procurement, including refrigeration knowledge. Ability to develop and execute strategies that optimize labor and processes. Proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating cross-functionally with senior leadership and external partners. Skilled in data analysis and statistical methods to measure, develop, and drive process improvements. Demonstrated leadership in managing projects through to completion.
