What this job involves: Drive spatial data excellence as a Relocation Project Management (RPM) Data Coordinator with JLL, where you'll serve as the central point of contact for spatial data management within campus and zone environments using advanced CAD and documentation systems. You'll ensure accuracy and currency of all drawings and systems while generating critical space reports that support strategic space management decisions across commercial building portfolios. This role positions you at the heart of JLL's space management operations, where your expertise in AutoCAD, data analysis, and client coordination will directly impact workplace efficiency and facility optimization. You'll contribute to JLL's operational excellence by maintaining precise spatial data, conducting regular building audits, and coordinating seamlessly with RPM Space Management teams to deliver accurate, timely solutions that support client space planning and move management initiatives. What your day-to-day will look like: CAD Floor Plan Management: Edit floor plans using AutoCAD software, update floor plan systems to reflect current furniture layouts, and maintain accuracy of spatial data while processing client requests and project information Building Audit Operations: Conduct monthly building audits across commercial portfolios examining vacancy, furniture, signage, and floor plan discrepancies while coordinating with local RPM Space Management and Facility teams to verify findings Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Google Sheets to update trackers and conduct analysis audits on space planning data, proactively monitor space allocation data changes, and generate regular space reports for stakeholder review Client & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with end users, Project Management, Space Planning, and Move Management teams for CAD needs while coordinating with stakeholders to verify seat identification updates Issue Resolution Management: Manage work order tickets regarding audits, floor plan updates, facility and furniture coordination while ensuring timely resolution to meet KPI requirements and maintain service excellence Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with RPM Space Management teams to ensure floor plan accuracy, coordinate issue tracking resolution, and serve as central liaison for spatial data inquiries and updates Quality Assurance: Maintain detailed documentation, ensure compliance with standards and guidelines for procedures and project systems organization, and consistently meet deadlines for defined tasks and deliverables Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field with 1-3 years of work experience in architecture, facilities management, or real estate field Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and CAFM software with ability to edit floor plans, manage spatial data, and generate accurate technical documentation Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets and Docs) with experience updating trackers, conducting data analysis, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills for onsite and virtual client interactions with strong interpersonal skills for executive-level internal and external client engagement Outstanding organization and documentation experience with detail-oriented approach for capturing space and occupant data to update floor plans accurately Understanding of standards and guidelines for procedures, documentation, project systems organization, and technology implementation within facility management environments Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed with ability to consistently meet deadlines and complete tasks as defined within dynamic work environments Preferred Qualifications: Background in space planning with understanding of occupancy optimization, layout design principles, and workplace strategy implementation Space data analysis experience with ability to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making through spatial analytics Proven ability to multi-task and work both in team environments and independently while managing competing priorities and deadlines effectively Experience with process optimization, workflow enhancement, or technology implementation within facility management or space planning contexts Background managing client relationships, coordinating service delivery, or supporting customer-facing operations in professional services environments Experience supporting project management activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, or managing multiple workstreams simultaneously within complex organizational structures This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 64,400.00 84,700.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
