We take that very seriously because we care! About the Position: The TCBH Human Resources Department is looking for a Recruiter to serve the Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health facility. They will be involved in the full spectrum of recruiting and onboarding functions, including, helping hiring managers develop and market job positions, sourcing candidates utilizing job boards and by attending career events, scheduling interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, making verbal and written offers, and facilitating on-site onboarding at one or more of our State-operated facilities. OR A masters degree in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, public administration, sociology, psychology or a closely related degree plus one year of professional experience in human resources management. OR An equivalent combination of education and experience. Note: Experience which was incidental to or not a major responsibility or duty of the position shall not be accepted as qualifying. Human resources management experience should include at least one of the following: job analysis, position classification, wage/salary and benefits administration, civil rights administration, recruitment or payroll administration. Level II- Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelors degree plus one year of professional experience in human resources management. TCBH serves individuals eighteen years of age or older who present in a mental health crisis with or without substance abuse and are determined medically stable. We will transition soon into our new 140,000 square foot, 106-bed hospital, slated for completion in spring of 2027. This state of the art facility, the Oklahoma Psychiatric Care Center, will feature a 24-hour crisis response Urgent Recovery Center and will be situated in the OSU Academic Medical District, near the new VA Hospital and the OSU Medical Center in downtown Tulsa.
