About this role: Join Wells Fargo Wealth & Investment Management as a Senior Communications Consultant and play a key role in helping financial advisors, brokerage branches, and business partners understand and adopt the tools, technologies, and resources that support growth. This position offers the opportunity to work across cross-functional teams, translate complex ideas into clear messaging, and deliver communications that make an impact. In this role, you will: Develop and implement communications strategies and plans that drive business results. Translate complex business strategies and transformation initiatives into clear, concise, and compelling messages for internal audiences. Partner with cross-functional teams (business, tech, support teams, project sponsors) to align messaging to priorities. Manage end-to-end strategy and sequencing across multiple communications channels. Use AI tools to draft and refine communications, improving efficiency and effectiveness. Follow content standards, review processes, and quality control to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and adherence to brand standards. Track and measure results to ensure alignment with intended outcomes and business objectives. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience developing internal communications strategies and plans that drive business priorities Experience translating complex business updates into clear, audience-focused messaging. Strond verbal communication and stakeholder consulting skills Ability to balance multiple priorities with strong organization and follow-through, while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Experience working in cross-functional, project-based teams Experience using collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint), AI Tools, and Microsoft Office suite Job Expectations: This position offers a hybrid work schedule This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Locations: Minneapolis, MN Saint Louis, MO Charlotte, NC Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
