Join us as a Manufacturing Operator in our Dover, NH facility. You will be operating various types of machinery and forming carbon filters, or doing the assembly of the filters. (please see shift times for what positions are needed for what shift) Compensation: The hourly pay range for this role is: $17.50 to $19.50/hr. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Determination of pay rate may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience. More details about the opportunity: (Manufacturing Operator) Forming filters by loading and dipping them into a liquid bath Curing filters in an oven and then turning them down in a turning machine Cutting filters down to size on an automatic saw Inspection and quality checks on filters using equipment such as a linear gage and ring gage. It will be a very physical position and must be able to lift to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Involves regular pulling, tugging, pushing, and reaching during the manufacturing process. Willing to train the right people that have backgrounds doing physical labor. Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!): (Shift times can vary) 3rd shift: 10:30pm to 6:30am, Sunday through Thursday 8% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift Physical Requirements: Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
