Full Job Description

Join our team as a Leasing Specialist at our Tucson House location! Tucson House is a 360-unit, 55+ affordable housing high-rise serving residents through Housing Choice Vouchers, RAD, and voucher programs. As part of this vibrant senior community, youll help connect residents with stable housing and create an environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported. As a Leasing Specialist, youll be the warm, reliable, and detail-oriented point of contact for prospects and residents. Youll guide people through the leasing process, support daily operations, and help keep Tucson House running efficiently and professionally. What Youll Do: Welcome and engage prospective residents through tours, follow-ups, and responsive communication Process applications, lease paperwork, renewals, and move-in/move-out tasks Support compliance by completing required documentation and coordinating annual recertifications Manage incoming calls, service requests, and general office support Assist with posting notices, rent collection, and maintaining accurate resident files Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners What Were Looking For: High school diploma or GED 1+ year of leasing or sales experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfort working with a diverse senior population Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends Why Youll Love Working With Us: Competitive salary starting at $22/hour plus eligibility in our property bonus program!
