Position Details Job Type: Full-time, year-round Pay: $21.00 $23.00/hour (based on experience) Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM This Job Is For You If You Can: Lift and carry 5060 lbs repeatedly throughout the day Shovel, dig, and haul materials in all weather conditions Climb up and down steep landfill slopes with heavy tools and sandbags Work in extreme heat or cold without slowing down Stay on your feet for 810 hours a day Handle dirty, dusty, and odorous environments with a positive attitude Key Responsibilities Perform physically demanding labor tasks across the landfill and transfer station Operate hand tools and light equipment (shovels, post hammers, picks, etc.) Direct traffic safely and assist customers on-site Support environmental systems for stormwater, landfill gas, and leachate control Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards What Youll Need 1+ year of experience in outdoor, physically demanding work Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Strong self-motivation and a commitment to safety This is a safety-sensitive position and requires the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
