What Youll Do Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer needs and guide them through vehicle options Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features Follow up with potential and existing customers Stay up to date on Subaru models, features, and promotions Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction What Were Looking For Previous sales or customer service experience is a plusbut not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow Valid drivers license and clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent The annual earning potential for this role is $60k-$80k which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
