The Role: The Senior Manager, Human Resources role on the Fidelity Institutional HR Team is critical to delivering value and a great experience for FIs greatest asset - our people! You will partner with HRBPs to provide BU leaders with end-to-end HR support in workforce planning, change management, hiring, talent development, compensation and inclusion strategies that help deliver business results. This role will primarily support Fidelity Capital Markets but will have cross-FI exposure. You will be involved in projects that support FI's strategic talent plans, including career vitality, manager effectiveness, onboarding, and succession planning. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of HR experience Proven ability, flexibility, and resourcefulness to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment Intellectual curiosity and a passion for helping an organization achieve greatness through its associates and leaders Strong project management skills with ability to think end-to-end and integrate priorities Excellent written and verbal communications skills Good judgment, strong business intuition, and understanding of how people and talent strategies can drive business results Demonstrated independence, autonomy, resourcefulness, and accountability when completing your work, even in the face of ambiguity or limited precedent Strong interpersonal skills, proactively building collaborative and consultative relationships with peers and leaders across FI Experience building collaborative relationships with HR colleagues and business partners and effectively navigating across business units and functions. Coaching and supporting mid- and senior-level managers to improve their leadership effectiveness and drive enterprise and business-specific talent programs, including situational coaching and feedback The Team The Fidelity Institutional HR team provides strategic partnership and a set of capabilities that ensure consistent and efficient strategies are used to improve the associate experience and diverse talent capabilities of our organization, contributing to the growth and evolution of the culture and business talent landscape. In partnership with the leadership team, we support leaders and managers to enhance the associate experience and drive business results all in support of delivering exceptional performance for Fidelitys customers. Fidelitys Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles. The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
