Starting pay at $21.94/hr Two pay increases in the first year up to $1.00 $1.50 Shift Differential + Double Time on Sunday Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance 401(k) with up to a 7% company match 3 Weeks PTO 7 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays Paid parental leave Advancement Opportunities Healthy work/life balance Tuition Reimbursement What this role is about: This position has a basic knowledge of the mixing process, assisting and taking direction from Mixers during certain production runs as needed. Bag product in 50-pound bags or 40-pound boxes; pushing/pulling product weighing up to 170 pounds. Load bags or boxes to the dryer. Weigh the product and adjust the product levels to match the exact weight. Move pallets in and out of rooms using a pallet lift jack. Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of duties and responsibilities during a full system CIP on both drying systems. Dump bags/totes of dry material and paste into the blending process. Packages vary in size. High School degree or equivalent preferred. No experience required; on-the-job training provided. Knowledge of HACCP and FDA preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment. What you need to be a Bagger: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. Minimum one (1) year of food manufacturing experience required. Ability to read, understand, and adhere to documents and procedures (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, test procedures, and HACCP). Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work. Where youll be working: Our presence in Le Sueur, MN, consists of the following locations: Le Sueur Cheese, Le Sueur Ingredients, and the Le Sueur Protein Research Center. Our cheese facility produces various types of cheese, including cheddar, Monterey Jack, Asiago, Fontina, Parmesan and Romano. Our ingredients facility runs various whey streams, including; whey protein isolate (WPI), whey protein concentrate 34 (WPC 34), whey protein concentrate 80 (WPC 80) and both pharma and food-grade lactose.
