About the Position: We are actively seeking an Insurance Subrogation/Reimbursement Specialist I that will work to identify and protect legal subrogation rights and recover funds from responsible parties when possible. This includes reviewing claims and other information to identify possible third party responsibilities and initiating appropriate action to recover funds paid for various medical expenses and other costs. Job Type/Salary: Open/Close dates: 10/14/25-Until filled Full-time Hourly rate: $19.95 Primary Working Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Primary Work Location/Department: TCBH Reimbursement Dept Vacancies: 1 Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of two years of technical experience which included the processing and/or payment of insurance claims. OR An equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting thirty semester hours of college for one year only of the required experience. TCBH serves individuals eighteen years of age or older who present in a mental health crisis with or without substance abuse and are determined medically stable. We will transition soon into our new 140,000 square foot, 106-bed hospital, slated for completion in 2026. This state of the art facility, the Oklahoma Psychiatric Care Center, will feature a 24-hour crisis response Urgent Recovery Center and will be situated in the OSU Academic Medical District, near the new VA Hospital and the OSU Medical Center in downtown Tulsa. Drug and Alcohol Pre-employment and Pre-placement Testing: Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs.Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
