Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! NRP - a primary supplier in graduation announcements, diplomas, covers, accessories, rings, and regalia - is seeking a talented, passionate person to work with our independent sales force. As a trained consultant, you will be empowered with tools and resources to create an extraordinary customer experience. If you are passionate about customer care, this is the opportunity for you! Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with weekends as needed based on seasonal workload This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days per week onsite at our White Bear Lake location and the option for remote work the remaining 2 days Your Responsibilities: Answering incoming customer and representative calls phone system accountability Contact sales reps with questions to complete the order or quote Design, quote and process orders for custom paper products Address dealers questions on shipped orders Maintain and clean and professional workspace Works with various departments to fulfill the customers needs over the phone Enters rework orders, change orders, and updates to orders timely Applies credits, and processes reprints Develops and maintains relationship with customers Maintains a minimum standard of performance as measured by the department. These measurements may change from time to time and shall be clearly communicated to the rep Demonstrate respect for the potential and significance of every individual on the team Demonstrate passion for customers and our work Believe that there is always a better way Embrace personal, as well as shared responsibility and accountability Help in other areas as needed You Must Have: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) Strong interpersonal and communication skill Strong sales and analytical skills The ability to be organized and manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Excellent attention to detail Intermediate/Advanced-level computer knowledge and software proficiency in MS Office and Excel Effective written and oral skills with the ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions Ability to remain pleasant under extreme pressure and during difficult circumstances Ability to be cheerful, trustworthy, and loyal to those who are absent The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.00 - 23.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporations total compensation and benefits package for employees.
