Successful Candidates: Ingress Egress of Mobile Patients with Van Transfer of patients into and out of Wheelchair Properly securing WC bound residents into bays in Vans Must be able to lift transfer and mobilize patient weights of up to 70 pounds by self in confined areas inside Van. Must be able to make complex decisions involving highly dependent patient base.
