Maintain and update project schedules using Gantt charts and project management software Monitor client document control systems for project inquiries, deliverables, and status changes Track and report on design progress, billing status, and other KPIs Collaborate with project teams to gather status updates and resolve scheduling or documentation issues Prepare and distribute project reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance project delivery Support cost tracking and forecasting in coordination with finance and procurement teams Ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 Benefits: Flexible Work Environment Paid Parental Leave Medical Dental Vision Life and AD&D Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off + Holidays Verdantas strives to develop new ways to increase diversity awareness within our organization.
