Join us and put your passion, determination, and skill to work building the future! #TheFutureIsBuiltHere #ChangeTheWorld BGS is currently looking to hire several C-32/C-40 Technical Analysts to join the Executive Transport and Surveillance (ET&S) team in our primary location in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma or at a secondary location in Omaha, Nebraska Offutt Air Force Base and/or Prince George's County, Maryland Joint Air Force Base Andrews, which provides engineering and logistics support services for the C-32A & C-40B/C executive commercial derivative aircraft fleet. These positions will report to the C-32/C-40 Service Engineering Manager in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to partner with Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) to ensure an integrated technical approach to inventory provisioning. We are seeking multifaceted individuals with a collaborative mindset and strategic vision to model the culture of BGS, while being deeply committed to our Air Force C-32A & C-40B/C customer. In this role you will be responsible for determining spares provisioning requirements for a significant value of Boeing owned inventory, inventory shared with our partner Delta Airlines, and other Government owned inventory to achieve Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) contract targets for the C-32/C-40 fleet by interpreting and analyzing engineering data, reliability and maintainability data, supply chain data, and customer operations. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate, Mid-Level or Senior Technical Analysts. Position Responsibilities: Interpret and analyze engineering data, reliability and maintainability data, supply chain data, and customer operations and support concepts to develop provisioning and spares solutions Determine spare and depot provisioning requirements and establish recommendations for spare and replacement parts, levels, and stocking within our multiple Contractor Owned and Maintained Base Supply (COMBS) locations Initiate, coordinate, and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability Analyze and disposition excess Boeing and Government owned inventories Coordinate with our partner Delta Airlines to manage the pool of available part inventories as the customer configuration changes over time Implement and maintain process improvements to include assisting with the development of new tools and/or reports to improve processes Research catalogs, drawings, and internal records to ensure part configuration management with ordering for aircraft use Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science 2+ years of experience with spares provisioning requirements 2+ years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Extensive data manipulation and analysis experience Experience working directly with customers Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement Experience with Microsoft Office products Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 3: 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Level 4: 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience with spares provisioning requirements 5+ years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment 5+ years of experience working with military commercial derivative aircraft Extensive data manipulation and analysis experience Experience working directly with customers, with a focus on military customers Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement Experience with GOLDesp and Microsoft Office products Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
