Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Physical Security Industrial Security Analyst 3 or 4 with knowledge of Site Security Operations, SAPF accreditations, and infrastructure enhancements to support the AS Security team in El Segundo, CA. Roles and responsibilities: The role will focus on safeguarding closedarea environments, ensuring secure perimeter infrastructure, and remaining current on US Government policies and procedures. The ideal candidate combines handson security experience with strong projectmanagement skills, and the ability to collaborate across a variety of functional departments. This position will be filled as a Level 3 or 4. Principal Industrial Security Analyst (ISA3) Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in criminal justice, Security Management, Engineering, or related field with 5 years in physical security, preferably in corporate or government environments; experience with designreview and largescale construction projects; 3 years with a Masters OR an additional 4 years of physical security, preferably in corporate or government environments; experience with designreview and largescale construction projects experience will be considered in-lieu of a degree Knowledge of access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion detection, badge issuance platforms, and perimeter hardening methods Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary security projects from concept through completion Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present technical findings to nontechnical executives Candidate must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance current within 6 years Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs Willingness to travel to offsite facilities (up to 25% of time) Ability to conduct onsite inspections, which may involve walking, climbing ladders, and lifting equipment up to 25lb Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for visit coordination or emergency response Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst (ISA4) Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in criminal justice, Security Management, Engineering, or related field with 8 years in physical security, preferably in corporate or government environments; experience with designreview and largescale construction projects; 6 years with a Masters OR an additional 4 years of physical security, preferably in corporate or government environments; experience with designreview and largescale construction projects experience will be considered in-lieu of a degree Knowledge of access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion detection, badge issuance platforms, and perimeter hardening methods Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary security projects from concept through completion Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present technical findings to nontechnical executives Candidate must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance current within 6 years Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs Willingness to travel to offsite facilities (up to 25% of time). Proficiency in security management software (e.g., Genetec, Lenel, Avigilon) Ability to conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for both physical and cyberphysical interfaces Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
