Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Physical Security Industrial Security Analyst 3 or 4 with knowledge of Site Security Operations, SAPF accreditations, and infrastructure enhancements to support the AS Security team in El Segundo, CA. Roles and responsibilities: The role will focus on safeguarding closedarea environments, ensuring secure perimeter infrastructure, and remaining current on US Government policies and procedures. The ideal candidate combines handson security experience with strong projectmanagement skills, and the ability to collaborate across a variety of functional departments. This position will be filled as a Level 3 or 4. Proficiency in security management software (e.g., Genetec, Lenel, Avigilon) Ability to conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for both physical and cyberphysical interfaces Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
