Job Classification: Corporate - Administration What you will do The PGIM Institutional Client Group is seeking an Executive Sales Assistant (ESA) who will join the Groups ESA team to support the Business Development team. The ideal candidate is someone who will thrive in a demanding work environment, has prior experience supporting senior executives and/or sales professionals and is willing to take ownership of a multitude of tasks in providing support for a designated team/sales region. This is a hybrid role working out of our Newark office three days per week. What you can expect CRM Activities Provide sales support as a power user of the Groups Salesforce platform. Create organization and contact records, grant and remove access for client reporting and communication preferences, and build out contact and organization profiles in Salesforce through use of a variety of third-party data providers and data entry. Enter call notes and top opportunities for sales representatives and proactively update top opportunities. Review audit reports for assigned sales representatives from Salesforce and update records as needed. Pull client or fund manager profiles from databases like Preqin, MMD, etc. Coordinate all meeting logistics for in person, virtual and hybrid meetings, including more advanced meetings such as roadshows, property tours, education sessions, or due diligence meetings (i.e., securing conference rooms, technology access, security, food & beverage, building agendas, obtaining materials). Secure sales representatives client meeting materials largely through technology tools (such as Seismic and Salesforce). Manage the schedule/calendar for assigned sales representatives as needed and arrange travel and expense reimbursements. Secure compliance approval and pre-approvals as needed for client gift and entertainment, travel, and related meeting expenses. What you will bring Bachelors Degree preferred. 7 or more years of executive assistant, project management, sales support or other transferrable experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Proficient in technology systems such as Salesforce, Seismic, PowerBI, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Teams Strong editing and proofreading skills and attention to detail. High degree of professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity. Flexibility to work the hours needed as required to meet business demands. Ability to work collaboratively to problem-solve, and independently with minimal direction, work under tight time constraints, and be able to prioritize work. Note: Prudential is required by state-specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $85,000 to $95,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
