As the LVN Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily nursing operations, supporting clinical staff, and fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence. Supervise, support, and mentor LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel. Promote a positive team culture focused on clinical excellence, resident satisfaction, and professional accountability. Assist with staffing coordination and daily workflow management. Resident Care Management Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely implementation of appropriate nursing interventions. Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families regarding care plans and treatment goals. Ensure continuity of care and timely communication regarding changes in resident status. Staff Development and Performance Participate in staff orientation, training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Provide ongoing clinical guidance and support to nursing staff. Promote adherence to facility policies, procedures, and best practices. Compliance and Quality Assurance Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, local, and facility regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, surveys, and care conferences. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. Operational Support Support effective nursing department operations and resource utilization. Address clinical concerns proactively while prioritizing resident safety and quality care. Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve organizational goals and maintain regulatory readiness.
