Summary: In this role, you will analyze customer supply chain purchases to uncover opportunities for cost savings and increased contract utilization through the Vizient portfolio. You will collaborate with account executives who support the acute facilities within Vizient member health systems. Your objective is to deliver customized insights, address complex analytical needs, and partner with account management, implementation, and data management teams to drive overall value and revenue growth. Responsibilities: Produce high quality, accurate analyses, even when dealing with imperfect data. Interact with account managers and/or customers to explain the analytics process and interpret the results. Customize analyses as needed to address customer needs. Leverage different analytics platforms and tools to deliver results in the most efficient manner possible. Participate in the development and standardization of procedures, methodologies, and tools for conducting analyses and collecting data. Interact with internal and external contacts to resolve data issues Work independently with minimal supervision, consulting with supervisor(s) on an as needed basis. Must demonstrate teamwork and collaboration with customer service orientation. Requirements: Relevant degree preferred. 5 or more years of relevant experience required. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SQL required. Strong analytical, database & spreadsheet skills required. Supply chain related experience needed. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to meet rigorous deadlines, balance multiple priorities and achieve high levels of productivity while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Broad knowledge of Vizient portfolio of products and services a plus. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
