Description Summary: The Equipment Finance Operations Analyst 2 is responsible for processing all changes on booked contracts and customer data, performing on account cash activities including research, identification and reconciliations of funds. Duties & Responsibilities: Process all system adjustments to booked contracts including changes for inventory requests, refinancing transactions, repossession sales, syndicated contracts, modifications, and assumptions. Manage refund processing following compliance procedures and applicable regulations for unclaimed funds. Ensure timely and accurate processing of Sys Ops tickets for setup, changes, or terminations of customer Direct Debit banking information Research and resolve unidentified funds for appropriate application. Maintain and reconcile pertinent informational spreadsheets or reporting Create credit memos or debit memos as required for waive of late charges, rents after termination, or others Review system created changes for accuracy and clean up Update addresses related to invoicing and equipment location Complete setup or changes to contract renewals Training colleagues on Sys Ops processes Basic Qualifications: Associates degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent work experience 2+ years' experience in operations support Preferred Qualifications: Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications Oracle leasing software, Salesforce software Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) No Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Compensation Range: 22.00 - 41.50 USD Hourly The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
