Overview: The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to 34 technology leaders, ensuring efficient daily operations and enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Primary Responsibilities: Executive Support Manage complex and dynamic calendars for multiple leaders, including prioritizing requests and resolving conflicts. Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics. Prepare, process, and track expense reports and departmental invoices. Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes. Administrative & Operational Coordination Serve as a central point of contact for internal partners and external stakeholders. Organize and support meetings, events, and onsite/offsite team activities. Assist with department operations, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Office & Team Management Act as department office manager: oversee office supplies, facilities requests, space coordination, onboarding support, and equipment needs. Ensure smooth daily workflow for the team by anticipating issues and proactively addressing them. Support workforce scheduling, team communications, and general departmental organization. Additional responsibilities needed to support business operations. Education and Experience Required: Associate's degree or equivalent in experience 4 years progressive secretarial/administrative support experience with demonstrated development of skills on-the-job #LI-JB3 M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.
