Full Job Description

The 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from May 18, 2026, through August 7, 2026. Candidates must be available to start on May 18 and participate through the duration of the program. This internship is located at the Windom Manufacturing plant in Windom, MN where our employees are dedicated to manufacturing high quality, reliable products for consumers around the world. We market and sell TTC products worldwide through a network of distributors, dealers, mass retailers, hardware retailers, equipment rental center and home centersas well as online direct to end users. What Will You Do? In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: Plant layout mapping Process line balancing Electronic and visual work instruction implementation Manufacturing tooling database documentation and tooling implementation New product release implementation Mechatronics, programming, and AGV Troubleshooting What Do You Need? To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: · Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with an ability to learn and apply new things · Problem-solving acumen · Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher · Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CAD software · Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize based on due dates or importance What Can We Give You?
