The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced businessfocused Project Manager to lead complex Business service operations and commercial crossfunctional business initiatives within our Toxicology business unit, located in Kansas City, MO. This role is critical to driving projects from ideation through commercial execution, ensuring timelines, scope, budget, and compliance requirements are met. The ideal candidate is an individual contributor with a business operations or business generalist background who supports crossfunctional project work. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity, partnering with stakeholders, and contributing to medium to largescale initiatives. This role works closely with teams across Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Software Development, Finance, and Product to coordinate activities and ensure progress against project goals. What Youll Work On Lead and manage medium to large, crossfunctional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, quality, and compliance standards Own integrated project plans, including schedule, scope, risk, resources, dependencies, and financials Develop and maintain key project artifacts including project charters, communication plans, risk and issue logs, status reports, and executivelevel dashboards Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leaders and key stakeholders, providing clear, concise updates and proactively escalating risks, decisions, or changes Partner closely with SMEs across Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Product, Software Development, Finance, Clinic Solutions, and HR to gather requirements, align deliverables, and drive execution Drive alignment and decisionmaking across functions to resolve priority, scope, and resource conflicts Anticipate and manage project risks, proactively addressing resource constraints, scope changes, and timeline impacts Prepare teams for business reviews, governance meetings, and system or software approvals, ensuring readiness and documentation integrity Mentor and support other project leads by sharing best practices and strengthening project management discipline across the organization Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading crossfunctional initiatives in SaaS, clinical operations, and Workplace regulated testing or similarly regulated industries.
